The hotel was fabulous and had very courteous staff with a lovely welcoming manner. Really enjoyed the royal-style building and perfectly clean, functional room with full amenities.

Loved my VERY GOOD stay for 3 nights. The breakfast offered was marvellous with lokal foods. It was in a perfect and amazing location just next door to livingstone, Botswana or Zimbabwe. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

The room was air conditioned and of high quality. the bed was big. the hotel's location was incredible and beautiful, not far from the falls on the Zimbabwe side. the pool's bar/restaurant is conveniently located on the grounds. the wildlife wandering through the grounds adds to the charm of the resort. the food at the indoor restaurant was exceptional.

The stay here was perfect with a great restaurant for lunch and a lot to do around the accommodation.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a stunning location, surrounded by wildlife and just a short walk from the breathtaking Victoria Falls. The hotel had a relaxed and authentic African ambiance, which I loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The swimming pool was of a good size and perfect for a refreshing dip. I also enjoyed seeing zebras and impala wandering around the grounds, although the baboons were less appealing. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with fantastic service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Victoria Falls and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Avani were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made us feel welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The menu had a number of items that we tried, and they were all excellent. The clean and comfortable shower was another highlight of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's easy access to the falls allowed us to make numerous trips, with complimentary access from the hotel.

The value for money at Avani was well worth it! The room was comfortable and had a great view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning Victoria Falls, and we even got to see zebras, giraffes, and impalas roaming the grounds. Food for breakfast could have been better.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the falls, as it is right next to the national park and within walking distance. Guests can easily access the falls for free and enjoy the incredible view. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The resort also offers facilities such as a swimming pool, bar, and live music in the evenings.

The service at the buffet restaurant for breakfast can be a little slow at times.

We stayed at Avani for our family vacation and it was a great choice. The rooms were comfortable and kid-friendly, and the hotel had activities for children everywhere. We were greeted by zebras upon arrival and the African dancers added a special touch. The best part is that we could walk to the Royal Livingstone, a much nicer hotel, and enjoy dinner and drinks with a stunning view of the sunset. The location was unbeatable, as we could also walk to the Zambia side of the falls in just 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Avani for families and those looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay near Victoria Falls.

Stunning location near waterfalls. Nice gardens with morning and evening grazing zebras. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly and somewhat inexperienced staff. a good experience.

We appreciated the complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival, and the free shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient. The hotel's proximity to the stunning waterfall and wildlife made our romantic escape truly special.

The overall price did not match the quality of the amenities. The room felt dated and in need of renovation, and the service was slow and unprofessional at times.
